The short version of how Wish Club works.

By creating an account or using Wish Club — including opening someone's shared wishlist as a guest — you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

You need to be old enough to enter into an agreement where you live, and at least 13 years old. If you use Wish Club on behalf of someone else, you confirm you are allowed to.

Wish Club is a place to create and share wishlists. We are not a shop, a marketplace, a payment service or a delivery service. We do not sell the products on your wishlist, we do not accept or hold gift money, and we are not part of any transaction between you and a retailer.

You choose what goes on your list, whether it is public, unlisted or private, and who you share it with. You are responsible for what you publish and for keeping your share links where you want them.

Product names, prices, images and availability come from the pages you link to and can change or be wrong at any time. Purchases are completed directly with the retailer under that retailer's own terms, pricing, delivery and returns policy. We are not responsible for the products themselves.

Reserving a gift is a courtesy signal to other guests so two people do not buy the same thing. It is not a purchase, a payment, a hold at any retailer, or a promise that a gift will arrive. Reservations expire automatically, and a creator can cancel or change their list at any time.

Group contributions are switched off during the beta. Wish Club currently does not accept, process, hold or refund money, and nothing on the service should be read as an offer to do so.

Your wishlists, notes and images stay yours. You give us permission to store and display them so the service can work — for example showing your list to the people you share the link with. You confirm you have the right to upload what you upload.

• Don't use Wish Club for anything illegal, deceptive, harassing or hateful.
• Don't upload content that isn't yours to share, or that is explicit or unsafe.
• Don't scrape, overload, probe or reverse-engineer the service, or try to reach data that isn't yours.
• Don't use automated tools to create accounts, wishlists or reservations in bulk.

The Wish Club name, brand and interface belong to us. Retailer names and logos belong to their owners and are used only to identify where a product comes from.

Wish Club is an early product. Features can change, break or be removed, and we may interrupt the service for maintenance. Please keep your own copy of anything you can't afford to lose.

You can delete your account at any time from your settings. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts other people or the service at risk.

Wish Club is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. We don't guarantee that product information is accurate, that a reservation will be honoured, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the extent the law allows, Wish Club is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for missed gifts or events, or for anything arising from your dealings with a retailer. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be limited under the law that applies to you. This section is a beta framework and will be reviewed by counsel before general release.
